Meet the Team
Gloria is a Michigander turned Floridian, wife to a wonderful husband, and mother of a stepson and three beautiful girls. She earned her Associates Degree in International Business from Lansing Community College, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northwood University and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Webster University. She has an extensive background in banking operations and is owner of My Ellas+Co.
Gloria has always enjoyed designing and decorating as a hobby. At a young age, she was mesmerized by her hometown’s historic architecture. This encouraged her, as a young adult, to renovate homes back to their original beauty. As an adult, Gloria developed a passion for event and seasonal decorating. Creating beautiful spaces feels like a natural pathway for Gloria to positively impact people’s lives. Her overall experience, attention to detail and drive makes her a huge asset to our team.
Gloria lives in FishHawk and has a love for traveling, nature, and learning about other cultures. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with family, crafting, taking a scenic bike ride, or hosting an event for friends.
Molly is a mother of four and wife to her high school sweetheart. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Flagler College and taught first grade for 14 years.
Molly has always had a passion for interior design. Her love of design was born through her interest in art from a very young age. She believes design should have a personality that goes beyond functionality and that your home should truly reflect both who you are and how you will live in the space. Molly enjoys sourcing for everything under the sun and searching for inspiration everywhere she goes.
Molly lives in FishHawk and in her free time you can find her chilling on the beach, experiencing new destinations in Tampa Bay or shopping at her favorite store, Home Goods - all with her children in tow.
